Я конечно не толераст и не афа, но по моему это бред. Сам термин "арийская раса" уже стал полумифологическим. Среди исламских суфиев были веганы и вегетарианцы. Вегетарианство очень сильно распространено в Индии. Я уж не говорю о буддистах. Да и среди евреев есть веганы. Так что тут дело не в этносе.

Мы с мужем 5 лет были оволактовегетарианцами, но однажды к нам в руки попал фильм "Земляне", после просмотра которого, мы в ту же секунду решили полностью и навсегда отказаться от продуктов животного происхождения.Уже прошел год. Единственное, о чем жалеем - что не сделали этого раньше!
На здоровье это отразилось только самым положительным образом! Этим летом мы начали ежедневно бегать по утрам, и бегается нам очень легко и в удовольствие!
Стали сдавать донорскую кровь, вопреки мнению врачей, у нас хороший уровень гемоглобина.
Ни по каким продуктам не скучаем, открыли для себя множество веганских блюд, так что не голодаем!
Наши близкие и друзья поначалу пытались нас переубедить, но сейчас сами, глядя на нас, пытаются отказываться от продуктов насилия!

Я ещё в школе не хотела есть мясо, но мама мне запрещала и заставляла, обосновывая это тем, что я растущий организм. В 17 лет я перестала есть мясо и рыбу на полгода, но мои родные все без исключения каждый удобный раз начинали меня обсуждать, читали нотации, но периодами мне очень хотелось есть рыбу. и мама мне говорила, что она нужна, поэтому я снова начала есть рыбу,но иногда. Сейчас я уже не ем мясо 4 года и месяц назад перестала есть любые продукты животного происхождения, никому не говорю, может они и догадываются, но пока меня не цепляют, так как доказывать людям, которые не хотят ничего понимать, я не хочу. Я всегда была относительно худой, потом перестала есть мясо и вроде ещё похудела, меня этим цепляют все, говорят что надо и нам переставать есть мясо, на что я им и говорю,что я буду только рада, но только с целью похудеть, я считаю это глупо.
